Our goal is to bring clarity to a complex process so you can make informed decisions, avoid common mistakes, and move forward with confidence.
About the Founder
Stephanie Clark-Ochoa is the founder of Clark-Ochoa Business Services and has over a decade of experience helping small businesses understand registration, certification, and compliance requirements.
From 2013 to 2016, she served as a Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Business Advisor, working directly with local businesses that were new to government contracting and subcontracting.
Today, Stephanie applies that experience to creating clear, practical educational resources. Her work is focused on helping business owners understand requirements, assess readiness, and plan next steps without unnecessary confusion.
She serves as a translator between small businesses and the government marketplace—breaking down complex information into plain language and realistic guidance.
